This program has been great for my son. He is in first grade and his reading and spelling have improved since I bought Hooked on Spelling. He thinks the CD-Rom is fun and is able to complete the lessons all by himself. I love that each CD-Rom is broken into 20 lessons, and you cannot progress to the next lesson unless the current lesson is mastered.
