Sounds like he’s using you. You may be enjoying it, but he is using you. The decision is therefore, are you willing to give up the sexual relationship to pursue a real one.
If you just want him for sex, then so be it. That is what it sounds like he is doing to you. But if you fear you are getting attached and there is really no hope for a relationship…cut it off.
Time to put on those big girl panties and do what is right for you.
Just think about how great it will be when you find a MAN with those “intitmate” skills AND wants a serious relationship! You deserve it, don’t settle!
