We purchased this bear because it is organic and well made and it fast became our toddler’s favorite stuffed animal. The bear is very soft and pillowy (all cotton inside). Among the stuffed animals in her crib she grabs this one before the others and buries her face in it’s tummy and chews on its ears and rolls around the crib never letting go. And although the care instructions recommend surface cleaning, I have put it in the washing machine a handful of times and it still looks as good as new (wash cold on gentle cycle & short fluff in dryer & then finish with air dry). We bought a second one to fill in while the other is being washed. Also, it’s packaged very cute and would make a great baby gift.

I bought this as a shower gift for a pregnant co-worker who seeks out organic products. She loved it! The bear looks even better in person than it does online. It’s soft and well made. I would recommend this to anyone.

According to my son, my granddaughter absolutely loves this toy which I gave her for her 1st birthday. My son says it is “squishy firm” in the body, but incredibly soft. She sleeps with it every night. I don’t know that the toy is meant to be educational, which is why I only gave it 4 stars. Can’t a toy just be “for comfort” or “fun” without having to “educational?”
